給予所有人飛行權限的兩種方式：\
第一種 使用 <mark style="color:red;background-color:yellow;">**/res set**</mark> 開啟介面設定 如下圖\
第二種 使用指令 <mark style="color:red;background-color:yellow;">**/res set tempfly true**</mark> 開啟\
